Our food. Your questions.
Q: Are you really gluten-free?
A: Our donut mix and all-purpose flour are both certified gluten-free. We are a dedicated gluten-free facility. All employees are trained to avoid unintentional presence of allergens in our food trailer.
Q: Your trailer says “allergy friendly” – what does that mean?
A: “Allergy-friendly” means that our products do not contain gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, egg, peanuts, or tree nuts; we do not bring gluten or any of the top 8 allergens into our trailer.
Q: What are the top 8 allergens?
A: Often referred to as the “Big 8”: peanuts, tree nuts, milk, egg, wheat, soy, fish, and shellfish.
Q: Do your products contain corn?
A: Currently, we do not use corn in any of our products. Since corn is not one of the top 8 allergens, we encourage you to ask every time you visit our food trailer. At some events we are required to use compostable cups; these cups are made with corn.
Q: Do your products contain coconut?
Q: Are your donuts vegan?
Q: If your donuts are free from all of these allergens … what are they made of?
A: We use a blend of gluten-free flours, mostly rice flour.
Q: What kind of oil do you use to fry your mini donuts?
A: A blend of palm oil and cottonseed oil.
Q: What kind of oil do you use to fry your chicken bites?
A: Canola oil.
Q: Where can I buy your mini donuts and chicken bites?
A: Currently, we do not offer our products at any bakery, grocery, or retail stores. Check out our Find Us page to see where you can get your next bag of donuts or chicken bites!
